Everyone, I pasted this info on the group here, so you could have an easy way to help you get to the actual group - which isn't here on ing, but on FACEBOOK. There are literally thousands of E groups on Facebook...but none like ours where we discuss all things Elvis, and look for and uncover detailed little-known facts on his life.
Everyone is invited to join -
Go to www.facebook.com
join facebook, by following the join directions
make your page
go to the top search box and put in our group name, "Elvis Aficionados" when it pops up and you see the blue picture of Elvis with a cigar in his mouth. join the group. It's that simple - see you there!
To let me know you are there, post a hello on the wall!

Hi Wanda, Facebook is so easy, it is why 350 million are on it, more than any other. You do not even need a link, just join then put the name of the group,"Elvis Aficionados" in the Search box on the upper right. you will see it pops up. just click on it and you're there, click on Join This Group on the upper right,and you are all set. VERY easy. You will love Facebook - millions of E fans on there too! Great to see you here also!

Hi, I guess i joined okay-I'm posting here! Sonya, I am sorry to be so slow to get going but have been busy at home, getting older, trying to get things done with editing and keeping up with the critters we have. Time flies, can't believe it's fall and the year is more than half gone. Oh well, at least I am getting some work done thanks to this wonderful computer and the superstar young man who programed it for me! If I just had 1/4th the brain power that guy has, I'd be a whiz, fer sure! Every thing works perfectly, except for my abilities to keep stuff in my memory-I need a book to look up and book mark things I keep having to relearn- the "golden years" have caught up with me. Darn.... Hey, next I will try to get on FaceBook although I'm not much of a blogger person but will be nice to read other people's thoughts and learn new things that I can try not to promptly forget, that is. It is strange how much like a computer the human brain truly is- or vice versa. Mine is over loaded with stuff apparently, so it keeps zipping things down and is slow to bring them back up- kind of. Amazing! From here, I am going to see if I can find your posts. love, wjh
