About Me:
Age 57 going on 16 as always. I have a wonderful husband of 12 yrs.; a son aged 39yrs. his lovely wife and my 2 yr. old Grandson--hailed from Houston and are now living in Scotland. I have a 26 yr. old daughter and my fiesty Grand Girl of 9 yrs.
I'm an animal lover--proud caregiver of a German Shepherd, 2 Minpins and a Cat. Used to be a "wild one" but have turned homebody in my later years.
My Spiritual Path and Elvis' influence upon it:
When I was 5yrs. I ran next door to see Elvis on the Ed Sullivan show cause we didn't have a TV. Of course, it was love at first sight! He and his music have been a major part of my life through the years. I had a chance to see him perform in the Houston Astrodome in 1971--at 20 yrs. old, Elvis overwhelmed myself and the rest of the audience. His presence and the way he sang from the heart brought tears to our eyes. A very poowerful, moving and yes, Spiritual experience. I was 26 yrs. when Elvis died in 1977 and a part of me also "left the building." Being an only child and a loner I can totally relate to how one can find respite in God. Proudly I am 19 yrs. clean and sober and my Higher Power made this possible. Elvis has been and always be in my heart!

Wanda June Hill

Hello to everyone who has posted to me, Wanda June Hill. I have a super computer now, but can't seem to get my

two brain cells to function accordingly. I will learn. It is difficult to get on this site for some reason- and I now have Hughes net so no troublesome land line to deal with. However, we live near the microwave towers for all the cell phone service in the western Riverside county area- and apparently that can cause some interference at times- we all are using the same satellite apparently. Oh well, still I AM here!

Elvis In Heaven and he KNOWS ;-)

I was praying to Jesus the other day and asked Him some "why" questions about Elvis' last days. Like the often repeated idea that it is sad that Elvis never knew how much he was loved.

It was some time before I got the answer. And I wasn't expecting it, but it rang so true, I wanted to share it -
