Been sick in bed the last 10 days or so, now getting back in the groove as they say. Been reading a lot when I wasn't sleeping. The Elvis Smoothie
Serves 2

1 tablespoon natural-style peanut butter
1 banana
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup skim milk

My friend "M" is visiting from Holland. She saw how I was trying to wear clothes that were now about 3 sizes too big for me due to my extreme weight loss with IBS, so she tooking me SHOPPING. I am improving quite a bit - no weight gain yet, but well enough to go shopping, when just awhile ago a walk in the yard was a challenge.

Rev. Maia Christianne Nartoomid Elvis "In the Garden" choice for New Year's Day

I did a "Spirit Chooser" with the "In the Garden" Oracle for us for today (1/01/08).

It came out "New Path" - most appropriate! Using the "regular mode" it is on the 2nd row, third thumbnail from right to left.
