hi there ladies bit of a grotty day today , still got this godawfull norovirus thingy thats sweeping uk, getting a bit fed up with the watery loose bowels, and aches and pains and my poor stomach too , wont go into it too much but im feeling a bit blah to say the least(awfull)

hi there ladies , still got some of my cold is going so slowly , ive got some awfull catarrh which makes me a little chesty still and my nose not back to normality.

ive good news tho , my aunt sylvia has told us she went to see her doctor and that she dont need cheamotherapy , i think the news is good prognosis, i gave her a crystal heart and amethyst angel which she took with her, so maybe they helped her , i believe in all that and just adore crystal .
